Playing regularly at ok automatically moves you up through VIP tiers — from Bronze to Silver, then Gold and finally Platinum. The weekly cashback rate increases at each tier — cashback is calculated based on your net losses for the week.
Example: if a Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback. The rate increases further as you move to higher tiers. Tier status is determined by activity, with no points to collect.

How the Jackpot Grows and How to Win It
In ok's jackpot games, a small portion of each bet is added to the prize pool. When a player meets certain conditions — such as a specific symbol combination or a bonus trigger — there is a chance to win the entire jackpot pool. The type of jackpot varies across different games.
Progressive Jackpot Slots
With every spin, money accumulates in the pool. When a special bonus round is triggered, the chance to win the main jackpot becomes available. Example: JILI's Jackpot Joker (maximum RTP 97.23%) is one such game.
Fishing Game Jackpot
In fishing games, catching a special boss character or a rare fish awards a jackpot bonus. JILI's Mega Fishing and Jackpot Fishing are well-known examples of this category.
Live Casino Side-Bet Jackpot
Alongside the main game in Baccarat or Blackjack, you can participate in an additional jackpot pool by placing a separate side bet. A prize is awarded when a special card combination appears.
Game Studio Variety
ok's game collection is built from a mix of studios of different styles — each with its own specialty.
Video Slot Studios
Studios like Pragmatic Play and PG Soft lead in video slots. Their games feature cascading reels (when winning symbols are removed new ones fall in), free spin rounds, multipliers, and the Megaways mechanic (millions of paylines). Bonanza Megaways (Big Time Gaming) and Mahjong Ways (PG Soft) are examples of this style.
Live-Dealer Studios
At tables streamed directly from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, and Playtech studios, you can play Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Sic Bo with real dealers. High-quality video, multiple camera angles, and chat in Bengali are features of these studios.
Asian-Theme Studios
JILI, Fa Chai, JDB, and CQ9 Gaming are studios built specifically for Southeast Asian players. Creating games themed around Chinese New Year, dragons, mahjong, and fishing is their specialty. Fortune Gems and Mahjong King are good examples.
Crash / Instant Game Studios
Spribe's Aviator and Smartsoft Gaming's Cappadocia are well-known names in this category. Each round lasts a few seconds — a multiplier keeps rising, and the player must cash out at the right moment. An auto cash-out option is also available.
Bonus Terms in Plain Language
Understanding these key concepts before claiming a bonus makes it easier to decide.
A bonus cannot be withdrawn immediately — you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount. For ok's welcome bonus, this is 25 times the bonus. Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, the wagering requirement = ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.
While a bonus is active, you cannot place a bet above a certain limit per round. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being cancelled. Read the terms before claiming a bonus to find out the limit.
Not all game bets count equally toward wagering requirements. Slots generally count at 100%, but live casino or table games may count at a lower percentage. This is stated separately in the terms of each bonus.
Each bonus has a set expiry period — if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus and any winnings from it may be cancelled. The expiry is calculated from the date of claiming.
With a non-sticky bonus, only the winnings can be withdrawn after wagering is complete — the bonus itself is not withdrawn. With a sticky bonus, the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it can only be used for playing. Which type applies is clearly stated in the terms of the relevant offer.
With some bonuses, even after completing wagering there is an upper limit on winnings — you cannot withdraw above this limit. Pay particular attention to this condition.
Always read the full terms and conditions before claiming any bonus. Read the terms and conditions.
